About Me
Aziel Yisrael
Built From the Ground Up.
Let’s get personal.
I’ve been in construction most of my life. I started working for my father, a contractor, when I was twelve. I wasn’t looking for a career. I was acting out, going through puberty, and rebelling hard. What I found was structure, discipline, and a legacy of work that runs four generations deep in my family.
I was trained to show up, lead under pressure, handle the crew, and take the job from start to finish. But like a lot of men in this line of work, I was never taught how to carry the mental weight that comes with being the one everyone counts on.
Today, I’m a married father of two. I’m still in the field, still providing, still building. But I’ve also learned that if I don’t take care of my mind and spirit, everything else starts to break down.
I created these tools because I’ve lived the silent struggle. I know what it’s like to be worn out in your body and your mind, then have to wake up and do it all over again. I wrote my first resource, The Silent Struggles of Contractors and Tradesmen, as a blueprint for men like me. Men who provide, lead, protect, and feel like they’re doing it with no off-switch.
This space is for the man who wants to be strong on the outside without falling apart on the inside. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
Let’s keep building. Stronger. Wiser. From the inside out.
Shalom, Aziel
